December 14, 2017 – After more than a month of deliberation, regarding the scheduling of cannabidiol, the World Health Organization announced their recommendation that CBD should not be subject to international drug scheduling. This is based on evidence related to the benefits and risks of CBD. You can read the entire article here.

WHO Research Report Regarding CBD

This could be a huge step towards legalizing marijuana both medically and recreationally in many states. In some states, CBD oil is even considered illegal.
